This video breaks down the footwork technique and reads we teach on a perimeter catch. We want players to read the defense and make a decision before they catch the ball to avoid holding it. He is the smallest globetrotter in history. Mani love believes that he is better than some nba players and he believes that if he was 5 inches taller that he would be the greatest player to ever play basketball. WHile this is unlikely the amount of work he had to put in from being in a dwarf basketball league to making a career from basketball and getting to lay professionally with the harlem globetrotters
The Circle Motion is an easy offense to implement and provides opportunities to score from screening and cutting. The simplicity is what I like about the offense the most. How players react to penetration is a skill and habit that coaches need to be aware of and teach. In this video we look at the concept of second cuts, another layer of "the offense within the offense." Second cuts take place once penetration has come to a stop, and the offense begins to move an space to continue attacking the defense.
